Purchased 4 tires with ease. Salesman Nelmar Cabay, was very helpful in finding the available tires close matching to my original cause every where I called, they didn't have it. Had to go 10 millimeters thicker. Upon completion of tire installation, I received a text from Lex Brodies, informing me about my vehicle, the things they checked, and the conclusion. Then I received a phone call from Namar, confirming vehicle ready and findings. I was so glad they found the problem I've been searching to find why my vehicle made a thunk noise while I turned. My vehicle passed 35 item inspection and failed 1 inspection, the front suspension. Possibly upper control arm loose and would need to make an appointment for full front end inspection. It was a Sunday and only tire service day. Mahalo technician Jackson Aiona for a great job.
