I needed two new tires ASAP, they had my tires in-stock and Jo was able to schedule me within the hour. Service was quick and convenient.

I had to get flat repair so I brought the wheel in. I was expecting to buy a new tire. I remembered reading that when replacing 1 tire, it is recommended to do it in pairs. Nelmar assisted me. I received a call about 2 hours later from him stating that my tire was repairable and was ready for pick up. Nelmar was professional and courteous. I asked him about replacement tires and gave me 2 quotes. He explained the difference of sizing of tires with the metric and inches measurements. I like the fact that he wasn’t pushy as some tires places do. He left that up to me.

We got a nail in a tire and went completely flat on Hawaiian Belt Rd. Managed to make it to the shop at 4:52pm — they close at 5. They didn’t think twice to squeeze us in, got the tire patched on the spot, AND checked pressure on all other tires. Kudos for the customer service.

Awesome customer service, informed me length of waiting time. Did according to my request, only thing I didn’t do is request rotation of tires that is on my part. Representative did ask me, but I stated that I will call to schedule. Mahalo LEX

Nelmar and team gave great customer service. Very professional and courteous. Went in for a safety check. Right off the bat, he recognized I needed mud flaps. Came back a couple days later with them on. He complimented on my install of the mud flaps. Said they look like a perfect fit. Another team member took my truck in to work on it, about 10-15 minutes later, I was good to go.

I've dealt with all the other tire shops in Hilo, and Store Manager Daniel Perreira and his guys are the best. Very efficient and fast service. Been going to Lex Brodie's for about 20 years for tires and wheel alignments, and have always left satisfied.
