The customer service was exceptional. The guys in the front do an amazing job of taking the time needed to make sure you are getting exactly what you need. They aren't just trying to sell you anything. The staff all had suck positive attitudes. If you go there make sure and talk to Mike as he will definetly take good care of you!!! I've had such bad experiences at the location in Kona and these guys really made me believe in what they are doing! They are providing exceptional customer service and backing it up with quality service.

Anytime I have called or visited a Lex Brodie's in Waimea or Kona, for any reason, it has been with a friendly greeting and exceptional, efficient service. They explain the work that needs to be done and review the cost with me, so I am able to make informed and confident decisions regarding my vehicles. Not only do they listen attentively to decipher what I'm trying to explain with my limited knowledge of automobile function, but the Lex Brodie's team also help me with those essential things I sometimes overlook (like an oil change or an expired safety check!).
