Had problems in the past with L.B. keeping appointments that I had made. Tried the on-line appointment maker, and was very happy with the result.

The team is very friendly and are helpful... Even though the work was minor at times they have done work on our cars on four occasions and waived the fees. This is unheard of everywhere else I’ve been because at minimum a labor fee has been charged. Thank you to the Pahoa team!

Excellent customer service! After popping my tire on a rock wall at my kid's preschool, I needed a new tire ASAP. After calling 4 different stores in Kona, Lex Brodie's was the only place to carry it and they only had ONE left! They held it for me until I was able to get down there and immediately got my car in. Not only were they super helpful on the phone and at the shop, but they even offered to drop me off and pick me up at my doctor appointment so I didn't have to miss it with this hiccup. It was so convenient in what could have easily been a car crisis and super stressful. I will definitely be back for future car needs!
