My first visit to Lex Brodie and it was very pleasant, the associate was very friend and helpful. I would recommended this place to everyone.

Whatever needs to be done I can always count on these guys to take care of me, and I can trust it's always done right! Mike, Mark, Dustin, Josh, Clint, and Jacey (you da man bruddah!)...Mahalo Plenty for always having my back...and you too Jan...thanks for keeping it all organized & together!!! You guy's da best man!!! If I wen miss somebody...sorry man, you know I stay old.

AWESOME SERVICE

This was a great experience! Booked an appointment and they were ready for us, no waiting to get started. We had tires and oil changed along with a few other areas addressed. Everyone was customer focused ! The work was on time and the shuttle an added plus. Absolutely recommend

Very friendly and reliable staff

Went to replace flat tire, but service determine tire in good shape and only needed bead sealing. Saved money but took a while.

Drove in and experienced fast service in getting my tire's slow leak fixed.

The history of this company is enviable and I am always delighted to deal with their staff who apparently "get it" when it comes to building reputation.

Lex Brodie's takes amazing care of me and my cars. This time the engine light was one. They were able to detect the issue and fix it right away. My bill in the end was lower than I was quoted as they resolved the situation quickly. Last month my Jeep got stuck in 4 wheel drive. I had a broken leg at the time and was under a lot of stress. I walked in in tears, and Jan gave me a hug and then proceeded to problem solve. LB got the Jeep back into normal drive at no cost that same day, even though I only brought it in around 2pm. They made it possible for me to get to work later that day and the rest of the week. I have received nothing but amazing customer service from LB in Waimea. Thank you so much!
