Price was good, initial phone service from Kamu was excellent. Sadly, a different person did our intake, quoted 2 hours, took just about 4. Also, we asked to keep one of our old tires as a spare, had to ask for it after checking out. Still waiting on it now. Came in about 11:45am. It is now 4:10pm.

Great job, fast, efficient and friendly. The entire team is well prepared and know the job. Very pleasant experience every time. The manager noticed that my inspection sticker was about to expire and asked if I wanted it taken care of. It saved me a lot of time to be able to do everything at the same time and place.

Outstanding service and amazingly fast work!I had a screw in my tire. I first stopped at Sears where they said it would take 4-5 hours to plug! I called Lex Brodie's and Anita said to come on over. In no time my car was in their shop. They were even nice enough to show me how badly I had ruined my tire by driving on it flat, lol. I decided that since my tires were in dire need of replacement anyhow, I would see if they could change them out. They went over my options and took care of it in record time. I was out of there in less than 2 hours!Awesome people, awesome place! Thank you, Anita!

Overall experience was a steady Good-Great! The "Uncle" mechanic/Pop of the Shop! Had a lot of knowledge and experience.The woman in the the front Ivy I think.. was very kind and and personable. She was upfront and helped me and my family ID the right tires at a competitive price. Lounge is quaint with recliners, A/C, cable and Coffee! Thank you Pahoa Lex Brodies.Sam H.

I can only speak to my experience with their customer service and oil changing skills as I haven't had any major work done. Their customer service is amazing, so incredibly nice and easy to work with. And their oil changes have been efficient and thorough, they always go over any issues they noticed during the oil change. Lex Brodie's Fast Lube is "the place to go" for great auto service on the Big Island. Not only are they quick, they are courteous, professional, and just good people. I took our 2012 VW in for service recently when a warning light came on. The Lex Brodie service team did a series of diagnostic tests, identified the problem, fixed it, and sent me on my way with a smile and a thank you. And, there was no charge because I had recently had the oil changed. With that great experience in mind, a few days later I took our new Toyota to Lex Brodie for service rather than return to the dealership. I figured it was better to pay Lex Brodie's reasonable rates and receive excellent service than have the car serviced by the dealer under its not so excellent warranty plan. They knocked it out of the park again with their excellent service, friendly staff, and professionalism.

Fast and Friendly Service. I had several requests and questions - Manager Daniel was great in addressing my concerns. Tires were changed and alignment done as scheduled, in fact pau ahead of time.
