Just got a vehicle inspection here for moving my car from out of state. The employees were pleasant and helpful.

We moved to the Big Island from Texas. We brought our Ram 1500 too! From the beginning, Lex Brodie's Fast Lube and Auto Repair have been awesome. I have had my inspections, oil changes, and AC repair done with no issues! Courteous staff that are well trained is what keeps us going back!

Lex Brodie's fast lube is what it says... fast! They showed me a filter from inside the dash. Which I didn't know I had! They check bumper to bumper and will let you know if anything is wrong, out or missing. The vacuum area with two hoses per car is just great !!!

So fast!! It's like drive threw mechanics. I wish every shop was like this. Fastest safety check IV ever had. No getting out and waiting in a line. Wait in line in the comfort of your can for only moments. Everyone was so friendly. ! 1 person voted for this review

Lex Brodies have improved greatly over the years. They are fast with Safety inspections and Lube jobs. Not to mention the nice waiting room with free drinks. :)

We brought our van to be serviced and they made a mistake. They handled the mistake very professionally, mistakes happen to everyone. The reason I gave them a 5 is because they admitted their error and made it right. I would recommend them to everyone and will take our van their again next time it needs to be serviced

Had a flat tire...dropped it off and Josh was nothing but a class act. Took the tire...fixed it...and switched a few tires to get the spare back on the rental where it belongs. AGAIN JOSH WAS GREAT...Rebecca on the other hand ...Not so much....very rude...not a customer service person...Only giving five stars for Josh and the service

Very slow, terrible service, deceptive staff. There is NO internal communication among the employees. If you care about your time and money do not go here.

I had Lex Brodies change my oil once and they used an impact wrench on the bolt. Now the bolt is over tightened, possibly stripped and I may even have to replace the oil pan. They have cost me a lot of time and money at this point when it should have been an easy $20, 10 minute task to change my oil. The fact is they screwed up and I will never take my care back there. Thanks for A LOT of trouble Lex Brodies Waimea.
