Always the best service! The staff are always friendly and the mechanics always let you know if they see a problem that may need to be addressed in the future. Estimates are usually spot on unless there is something that can be cheaper to repair while they have the part disassembled. That is optional but will save you money if done at the same time.

I dropped my car off at about 7:45 this past Saturday, January 13 for an oil change. The person who checked in my car, Josh, discovered a low tire and immediately saw a nail in the tire. I was grateful for that. While waiting, I strolled over to the close-by farmers market. A few minutes later everyone's phones got the missile alert. I hurried back to Lex Brodies as they were closing the business, giving people their cars and keys. The staff that I saw were very professional and calm while helping others. My car had not been worked on yet, and I didn't know if I could drive it home with the nail in the tire. Josh was very kind and smart. He had me pull up to the bay, and he filled the tire. I drove about 17 miles home. Soon afterward I called Lex Brodies to find that they had re-opened. I drove back. My car was serviced in a timely way. I appreciated the staff's help, especially Josh. Please thank him.

Oh my, since living on this island I have had car trouble after car trouble. The majority of my car troubles seem to be trying to find parts or decent service when I am in a bind. Lex Brodies went so out of the way. They gave me a clear and accurate time line and price quote. Drove into town to take my flat off my car. Drove back to the shop and put the new tire on and then drove back to me to put the new tire on. I then followed the gentleman to the shop to finish the rest of the job. Everyone was so quick and kind. The waiting room had coffee and phone charges. The service rep was helpful in laying out options but not making me feel pressures. These folks are the best!

Justin Herd was my rep and he was amazing! He arranged for my drop-off at Kaiser so I could make my appointment and he arranged for my pickup after the appointment. The tires were installed and the car is riding so much better! Will definitely use Lex Brodie's again!
