I'd give them more stars if they actually honored appointments. My advice is to work with their dysfunction and make your appointment at 8 and drop off the car at 730. If you make an appointment for any later you will always have an emergency in front and they won't get to you for hours despite your appointment.

Awesome custormer service

Went in for an oil change on a slow Saturday morning and was immediately greeted by the LB staff. The employee recommend high mileage and I was out of the shop in 10 minutes! What really makes the visit REALLY stand out is just before I drove away, another employee named June told me he could fix the change engine light that frequently pops on the dash board. In another minute I was back in my car ready to enjoy the weekend. Thank you Johnny and June for making it a great experience.

Took my baby in for her first oil change in Kona. Lex Brodie's Fast Lube employees took exceptional care and were very thorough. Friendly and quick service. Price is right for the quality and care they perform. I will be back and will surely recommend to anyone that asks.
