I had a oil change done. Everyone was very friendly. Ivy went out of her way to ensure everything was satisfactory. Ivy was even able to fit my second car in for oil change. Both cars took a little over a hour how awesome is that!! I will be a regular customer. 1 person voted for this review

CRIMINALS!!! They changed my engine oil and suddenly my car that for five years hasn't dropped a single drop of any fluid is POURING transmission fluid out....POURING! By the time I got it to town to a transmission shop it was totaled! had to buy a new car that day. BOYCOTT THESE CRIMINALS!!!

We would like to address this serious accusation and no one responded to me. if my car were broken, you better believe I would be on the phone to talk to the owner for reimbursement of a new to me vehicle. No call received. -updated 2-1-2017............................................................................................. OMG! We are so sorry that this happened. If you came in for an oil change, why did they even touch your transmission fluid? WOW! Please reach out to me. Call on my cell so that I can investigate this incident. If we were at fault as you say, we will take full responsibility. Again, We apologize for any wrong doing. That is not our intention. Please call me so that we can look into this issue. Sincerely.... Had my wheels aligned on my Tacoma last week. Made an appointment via phone, went in, sat and waited for about an hour, and it was done. Nice waiting area with tv and coffee. Staff was friendly and I was happy. Alignment was around $90. I've been using them for oil changes and will also now use them for alignments as well. Appreciated the nice clean and cool waiting area and am happy to see this formerly vacant old GM car sales complex once again being put to good use.

Just got my car back after service and I wanted to say mahalo to Tiana and the staff there at Hilo Lex Brodies. I had dropped my Subaru off Friday to get some oil leaking taken care of; when I picked it up it was running a bit rougher than we started with and the tech said yeah it seems to be miss firing a little. So I got it back to them today Monday and they took care of it right away; so good just some wires replaced that had been affected by the oil leak. They were kind enough just to charge parts only. Good service and fair all around helps this working man keep on the road : ) No need buy a new car and go in debt if I can count on Lex Brodie to help me maintain what I got today. Good job guys I recommend to everyone.Rob out at Pahoa side

We spent a ton of money on tires here and then Everytime we need a leak repair they just want to pass it off with filling the tires. When we insist on getting them inspected and fixed it takes 3-4 hours. One time they claimed to have found no problem and just filled it only to have it flat again the next day. Will not buy tires from them in the future. The quick lube side has always been great though.

Hello Marileigh, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize if you felt that we were not getting the job done and getting it done in a timely manner. It's not our intent to keep our customers waiting and we try our best to get everyone out in a timely manner. A 3-4 hour wait is unacceptable. Not to make excuses, but often times we can't find the leak. We try our best to use soapy water to detect where the air is leaking from and to no avail. Other issue that may be causing the air leak are a faulty valve stem, rust on the rim or the bead needs to be resealed. It's unfortunenate that you had to experience this and we apologize for not meeting up to your expectations. Thank you fo ryour business and thank you for using the Lex Brodie's Fast Lube. Aloha....
