Took a while to replace a parking brake cable (five and a half hours). But overall, I experienced good service, and friendly staff.

I was impressed from the moment I was first attended to. The service representative (a woman, I forget her name, I'm sorry!) was friendly and attentive. My friend and I were waiting for the oil change, and when she saw me at the coffee machine, she came in to help me figure out how to work it. My vehicle was finished quickly, I was given a AAA discount, and we were on our way. All was good, and the customer service superb. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to be serviced!

Being able to get in with in a couple days of calling is really great. A ride to & from work is especially helpful. I think the new phone headsets are great for your employees, and the paperless system too. Mahalo, Connie

I called for an appointment and I got the day I wanted my car to be serviced. Their customer service is great, from the manager down to the mechanics. They are helpful. Their waiting lounge inside and outside are clean.

Customer service people are friendly, quick but thorough, and even funny. Got the job done speedily. It was a pleasure doing business with them!
