I HAD A TIRE BLOW ON ME ON HIWAY 130 DURING RUSH HOUR. i CALLED LEX BRODIES IN PAHOA AS CLOSEST TO MY HOME. THEY DID NOT HAVE A TOW TRUCK BUT THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE WAITING AND READY FOR ME WHEN TOW TRUCK DID GET ME TO THEM, EVEN IF IT WAS PAST CLOSING TIME. KEN'S TOW GOT ME TO LEX BRODIE JUST BEFORE CLOSING AND THE GUYS WERE READY AND WAITING. I EVEN HAD THREE DIFFERENT TIRES TO CHOOSE FROM! BURTIS WAS A REAL GENTLEMAN AND TOOK CARE OF ME AND MY ELDERLY FRIEND MAKING SURE SHE WAS ABLE TO GET OUT OF THE TOW TRUCK CAB SAFELY. THE GUYS HAD MY NEW TIRES ON AND THE ONE GOOD TIRE SAVED AND WE WERE BACK ON THE ROAD IN 20 MINUTES! THANK YOU BURTIS AND CREW AT LEX BRODIES IN PAHOA!

I received excellent customer service thru your staff. The tire I needed was not in stock. The salesman who assisted me was more than helpful in trying to get the tires I needed ASAP. He even called me back just after I left to tell me he was able to get the tires shipped at an earlier date! Apologies I can’t remember his name. Older white male with first name starting with an “L”. I look forward to as great a service when the tires arrive.

This was our first time here. We just moved to the big island and we didn't know where to go for our truck. We took a chance and went to the kamuela location. The staff here are all so nice, knowledgeable, down to earth. Chauncey was great...even had good suggestions for lunch. LOL. I can't remember his first name but his last name is Acdal. He also was very helpful and answered all of my questions. My husband and I are very pleased with our experience there. We will definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Aaron and Ruby Adams.
