Defective Tire with bulge bubble on sidewall- replaced under warranty, but still had to pay towards replacement since tire used 2 years but low mileage before reporting defect. Was incorrectly charged $100 and paind... but after inquiring correction was made and refund provided with end charge at $33. Thanks for helping me- didn't feel safe driving any longer with potential of tire popping- much appreciated !

Last day of the month and I expected Lex Brodies to be overwhelmed with other last-minute safety check requests. Not so! My safety check was handled quickly and efficiently. All I needed were wiper blades, which they had in stock. Now to get my registration updated.

Upon rotating my tires, I was having an issue with tire cupping although having an alignment at Lex Brodie within the last six months. I went back to Lex Brodie and they agreed to do a new alignment since the time period was within warranty. Sky was very professional and helped answer my questions and gave suggestions on how to solve the issue with the cupped tires.

Tiana was awesome! Checked me in quick, and kept me informed of any changes to the completion time, explained what was done, and also explained the warranty. Tech AJ did an awesome job, my vehicle felt a lot better driving down the road.
