When Kimo (who is also frickin Awesome btw) did my tire change, Marinela politely encouraged me to get the tire coverage-and since then I have needed 2 tire repairs which where covered with speedy service each time! Thanks 🤙🏾 Franklin for working on my vehicle despite me not having an appointment today! And who can't enjoy hearing Sky sing his playlist throughout the day😇 Clean bathrooms, (with bag hooks 🥰) coffee, water and TV with the Remote, along with all the smiles❣️You can tell employees enjoy coming to work! Yesterday I went for a safety inspection and failed because of my tires. Wires were showing on one and I was afraid to drive very far. The first and closest tire place didnt have my size tire. So I went to Lex Brodies on Kilauea. The staff were very nice and extra helpful. They didnt have the right size either but they found two at the other Hilo store that would work. The waiting lounge was comfortable and it wasnt very long until they had me back on the road. Living in Orchidland, I usually go to Lex Brodies in Pahoa, but tomorrow I have another appointment for the other two tires they got from the Waimea store to be put on in Hilo. Im a happy customer.
