I got a new set of tires on my Tacoma at Lex Brodie’s Kilauea today. They not only did a great job of installing quality tires well, they did a comprehensive inspection and gave me good information about my vehicles needs, they’re partnering with me to take good care of my vehicle and get longevity from it. When I left, I noticed my brake pedal was “taller”, which means they added brake fluid but didn’t charge me for it. Additionally, I asked a number of questions about suspension modifications from the ladies at the counter. They had the knowledge to answer them comprehensively, they engaged me in the conversation and I left with better information than when I arrived.
