I got a new set of tires on my Tacoma at Lex Brodie’s Kilauea today. They not only did a great job of installing quality tires well, they did a comprehensive inspection and gave me good information about my vehicles needs, they’re partnering with me to take good care of my vehicle and get longevity from it. When I left, I noticed my brake pedal was “taller”, which means they added brake fluid but didn’t charge me for it. Additionally, I asked a number of questions about suspension modifications from the ladies at the counter. They had the knowledge to answer them comprehensively, they engaged me in the conversation and I left with better information than when I arrived.

As alway great service . Finally after 10 years of being a loyal customer, I received and used my discount reward.

Appreciate their friendly and thorough service. They fixed my truck and Im very happy. Ive bought tires recently too and I am stoked on those too. I look forward to continuing to bring my vehicles here for future quality service.

I have only had outstanding experiences here. Prices are fair if not less than average. Products and service techs all on point. If I cant do it myself or I just want to save the time, I trust lex with all my needs. Thank you folks for providing a fair service in times when you cant always trust or afford the competition.

Excellent service & fast

Drove from Kona for my wife's birthday to Hilo cruz and discovered I needed brake job for the rears. Called Lex Brodie's Kilauea, long story short, they took my 2018 Civic in at 2:30pm and finished the job at 4:30pm. Incredible service and accommodation for visitors from Kona. Mahalo!
