Overall great experience! It was my first time there and my first time doing a maintenance check on my car. It has always intimated me to go to any mechanic, but these guys have changed my perspective. Pros: - Opened on time - At the desk, I was helped by Kimo (I hope that's right), who was so kind and didn't judge my lack of confidence/knowledge - Kimo walked me through what the inspection would include, gave me a discount, and also came back to me after the inspection to go over the work - I was able to follow the progress on my phone and email - Given photos and the full report - Given accurate wait time - They had a welcoming lounge where I waited. It also contained coffee and a TV - Fair price for service (Honda was gonna charge me $700+) I look forward to getting serviced there again.
