Tiana took good care of me! Had a flat tire that needed repair. She was kind enough to help an old guy remove it from my car. Appreciated the gesture!

I love getting my car serviced at Lex Brodie. The front-desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the mechanics do a thorough job of documenting and repairing items. I don't think anyone enjoys having to do maintenance or get repairs on their vehicle. It's a pain-in-the-a**. Dealing with questionable mechanics and businesses makes it that much more stressful. Lex Brodie's makes the whole process as easy and as close to painless as possible. Highly recommend.

Came in for safety check. They had an immediate opening. Also needed wipers. Was in and out in 15 mins. Awesome!

Daniel is the best manager by far for your two Hilo locations. He goes above and beyond to help/assist with his customers needs/concerns regarding their vehicles. Two thumbs up and a double shaka.

I brought my vehicle to trouble shoot a problem I was trying to started it. The mechanic couldnt re-produce the problem and therefore could diagnose or repair the vehicle. I was asked to bring the vehicle back if the problem started again. I was originally going to have to pay a diagnostic and repair bill but I was not charged for the visit. I will be back if the problem persists.
