It was my first time here at this location. Because I wasn't sure what the issue with my car was, I didn't know where to go. I parked in the back on the car wash side and as soon as I got out of my car, an employee started to approach me and asked how he could help. After explaining my issue, he directed me to the tire office. Employee at the tire center was very friendly and attentive to my problem. We made arrangements to get my car serviced and I was on my way. Everyone that helped me from the moment I arrived, the phone call follow-up, email report, and length of service time, was very professional. The only thing that bothered me was when I picked up my car, the employee that took my payment didn't seem as friendly and she didn't tell me where my car was parked or even point me in a direction to where I could find it. I noticed where it was on my way into the parking lot, so I already knew but thought that was odd.

The safety inspection process went SUPER and the representative who helped me out was OUTSTANDING!! He was very friendly and informative and had a wonderful smile and went out of the way to make sure the process went quickly and smoothly with the paperwork and getting a sticker issued and putting the new plates on for me!

So friendly, efficient fast service too. Amazing waiting area with coffee and a play area for kids too!
