Very courteous and prompt. I was told it would be about 45 minutes --- I did not even get a chance to finish my coffee. . .LOL. The internet connection was also very nice and allowed me to catch up on emails. The waiting area is very comfortable, clean, and friendly. Mahalo

As always, professional staff. Got me right in. Waiting area was clean as always with fresh water to drink and coffee/tea if wanted. It was busy, but the staff still took the time needed to explain the whats and whys. Will always go back. Mahalo!

Came up with a solution that seemed to solve the problem.

The whole process was efficient, respectful, and clear. They fit me in that same day. The waiting room is clean, organized, and safe. They sent an email with all the details including pictures of anything of concern. The work was done quickly. Of course, it is pricey, but everything these days is increasing. Overall I was very impressed and will definitely return. Thank you!
