Stopped in to get the annual safety inspection and service was very quick, very polite and very efficient. They called me as soon as the inspection was done. Great folks.

I'm so picky and I nearly never give reviews but these people are excelent to work with.

*An introvert's dream!* Appointments are able to be made online and confirmed via email (any changes must be made with a phone call). Drop off was easy with a few relatively quick questions (and I had to fill out a short form for my brake inspection). I opted to drop off and leave, but if you stay, the lobby has AC, tables with charging stations, a kids play area, TV, and beverages. After they finished the initial inspections, they emailed and texted a link to a report to what should be done (green: all good; yellow: suggested; red: required). 5-10 minutes later, they called and asked what work I would like done and the estimate (it took less than 5 minutes). I wasn't pressured or coerced to do anything excessive. A few hours later I received a call notifying me that my car was ready. Pick up was a breeze; I just needed to pay and collect my keys. Total face-to-face/call interaction: less than 20 minutes; possibly closer to 10 minutes Cost value: No idea. Not a car guy. Anxiety level: low
