Kind people, great service!

The customer service at Lex Brodie's Waimea is always the best. The folks at the desk are kind and helpful. The service is always thorough and done in a timely manner. I never mind bringing my vehicles here for help.

I choose Lex Brodie‘s in Waimea for several reasons. For one it is very convenient to be able to leave my car, walk across the street to my work place and then pick my car up after work. I also appreciate the updates throughout the day via a personal phone calls and emails at the same time. One of the biggest reasons why I keep coming back to Lex Brodie‘s Waimea, is the customer service that Jan and several other service agents at Lex Brodie‘s provide. I trust Jen and know that she always has my best interest in mind. My car is taken care off. I know it is safe once the mechanics have looked it over. I also know that Jan will make sure that I will not be taken advantage of and that I always get the best deal. I appreciate Jan and the service that the Lex Brodie‘s team has provided to me.
