Excellent, efficient and quick service!

Had a relaxing, easy time getting a safety check for my car. Just checked in, turned in my keys and paper work, read my reading material that I had brought with me and had a cup of coffee while waiting for my car, Total waiting time was about 50 minutes. Good job!

Excellent customer service

Went in without an appointment and was seen as soon as possible, was in and out in under 90 minutes. Staff was helpful and the facility was very clean.

As usual friendly, professional and timely. Clint checked me in said maybe 1hr 30 minutes. I had lunch and it was done on time. We are lucky to have a Lex Brodie in Waimea.

Clint helped me in getting service for the 4 tire replacement. Jan helped me with the closing of the transaction. The service and care offered me is the reason I keep coming back for my tire needs. Mahalo. Today was also hurricane day but all went well.

Went for a safety inspection and received the usual outstanding service! Inspection was completed in less than a half hour which was a pleasant surprise. This location consistently provides excellent service by a trained, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
