It was easy and quick to set an appointment and the service was professional. They did an excellent job.

DMV renewal paperwork was lost in the mail, so my safety check had expired. Jan was able to get me in and out on a busy Monday with no appointment. Jan is always helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Will be back again soon to Waimea Lex Brodie.

Josh at Waimea Lex Brodie was very good to work with. The sensor the Kona Lex Brodie put in my tire did not function right and Josh replaced the tire pressure sensor and now all is fine! Mahalo Josh!

Convenient on-line appointment scheduler easy to use and friendly reminder of appointment made. Just came in for a tire rotation but service included helpful diagnostic. Even on a Saturday service was on time and quick. Very professional and friendly staff.

I drove there with the desperate hope that they would fix my tire. They take walk-ins! They are open on Saturdays till 2 and have a lounge with chargers for multiple devices. The guy at the counter was super friendly and the guy who fixed my tire was also really nice. A huge thank you for great service! 100/10.
