My driver's side window stopped going up or down on my way to work yesterday. I was able to leave my vehicle at LB's with Chauncey while I was at work. Turns out is was still under warranty from the first time LB's replaced the window motor. Amazingly the parts were available and I was able to pick up my truck at lunchtime with no charge.

Alignment on vehicle had to be done...FYI, appointment for this service is needed. Took an hour an a half just as I was told on the phone and when I checked in. Customer service on the phone and in person by Mr Revilla and the store manager Mr Acdal was exceptionally professional! I highly recommend Lex Brodies. Mahalo

Customer service is great here. Chauncey and Dustin are great. The mechanic working on our truck was very concerned about our truck and gave us advice.
