Yesterday on our way to Kona we realized our tires needed to be changed. We needed to make sure we were safe on the roads as we travel to and from Puna. I called Jan at the Waimea location because she had given me such great customer service in the past. Thank goodness they did have the correct size. We drove to Waimea from Kona, when we arrived Josh greeted me, took my keys, went out to inspect our truck. Upon his return he informed me that my safety check expires at the end of the month. To save me another trip, they did my safety check. Thank you Waimea Lex Brodie’s!

Jan and Daniel were VERY good! They each went the extra mile to replace my battery after an emergency breakdown. They were also VERY friendly, polite, accommodating and efficient; they kept me well-informed about the work being done.

Took me in early and said 20mins, but I gave them 30mins and was all done-5stars-have been using them for quite a while now and will continue to use them in the future, very good service from the front people to back in the shop!!!!!!
