I used the online appointment for an inspection. It worked great. I was provided reminders leading up to the appointment, even a personal phone call reminder.

The employees here are always so pleasant. I live in Pahoa and the Lex Brodies there needs to take some notes from these guys in Waimea. Thank you for being an honest company/location that I can trust.

Great service again. There is something very familiar with Lex Brodie's in Kamuela - and that is great customer service and a staff that works as a team. Thank you for not only selling me four tires at a very good price, but also backing that up by providing me the extra tire protection and free tire rotation for the life of these tires.

Lex Brodies staff is super friendly. They get their work done quickly as well.

My driver's side window stopped going up or down on my way to work yesterday. I was able to leave my vehicle at LB's with Chauncey while I was at work. Turns out is was still under warranty from the first time LB's replaced the window motor. Amazingly the parts were available and I was able to pick up my truck at lunchtime with no charge.
