First, I appreciated the internet reminder that i needed to get my safety check done this month. In previous services, your staff had on their own noticed that my safety check expired this month. I certainly had not told them that. Mahalo for noticing that and then sending me the convenient email reminder.

My truck stalled while driving and wouldn't re-start. It was a mystery electrical malfunction. I had to have my truck towed to the nearest automotive repair facility which was Lex Brodie Kamuela. Chauncy was able to fit my vehicle into their busy schedule even though I didn't have an appointment. The tech made quick work of troubleshooting my vehicle's electrical system and found a light that was short circuiting and causing all kinds of mayhem with various electrical subsystems.
