Everyone is always very courteous, efficient and neat. So their prices are a little high, but to me it is well worth it. They don't just change your oil. They check everything else to make sure there are no hidden surprises after you leave their shop.

Had a radiator crack which required a replacement. Josh ordered one from Kona and we were back on the road in two days. Work looks good.
