Their customer service is horrible, when I was asking them for an oil change they told me Is going to take 30 minutes, but when I told them I just want the labor because I bought my own oil & filter they told me now the waiting time will be from 2-3 hours. I really don’t recommend this place. The problem is because when you do a full synthetic oil change the average cost is about $110 dollars, but when you buy your own oil & filter and just want to pay them just for labor the total price is only $75 dollars, so they are losing about $35 dollars. So if you thinking just to pay them just the labor don’t waste your time because they are going to give you a thousand reasons to don’t take your car.

Thirdly, we do not differentiate between wait times with customers who choose to bring their own oil and filter or use what we offer. Our oil change Wait times depend on how many customers are ahead of you for oil changes. An oil change takes approximately a half hour. So if there are four customers ahead of you -multiply 4 + 1 (you) by a half hour, you are looking at a 2 1/2 hour to three hour wait. we say 3 hours just in case we have to special order a filter. We have one dedicated technician in Our Lube Lane and we keep him really busy. I hope this clarifies things.
