Very professional and knowlegeable, did a great job in good time

This is my third visit to lex Brodie’s & i have never experienced a tire shop who had stripped as much lug nuts as they have. After stripping the lug nuts i was told i needed to buy new ones!!! Why should i have to buy new lug nuts if I’m not the one stripped them? I will most definitely not be coming back to any lex Brodie’s again.

I had another satisfying experience at Lex Brodie’s in Kamuela. Clint listened to my car problem, investigated it, then explained what they were going to do. I waited in their very comfortable lounge and was out within the hour...My car problem resolved!
