I think the whole team is exception but I am most impressed by Clint Carioga (?) and another man in the customer service. He is a husky young fellow who name escapes me but is also on the Clint. Congratulations on you Kamuela Show. I always know I can depend on Clint. Ray and Donna Findlay

Awesome customer service. Hospitality amazing. Even though they were very busy with customers that day, they replaced my tire in no time. Appreciate you guys & Mahalo.

If you can be a little flexible on your timing, they’ll take you for a safety check without an appointment and the obey the customer service adage of over delivering on their promises :)

Although busy, the helpful staffs keeps you updated and let’s you know what your car really needs.

Lex Brodie's in Kamuela did a fast auto service on my car, even though this time I was a walk-in customer (no appointment). I do appreciate that they can help me out when something unexpected comes up, as well as when I make my appointments ahead of time.
