It was a good experience. I went in because I had a slow leaking tire that was getting faster and faster. Clint set me up and was very helpful and professional. Car was done at the time he said it would be. Spot on. They did a very good and honest job. Didn’t tell me something else was wrong as some places are known to do. Fixed me up real quick and now I don’t have to constantly worry about the tire going flat on my wife and kids while I’m away.

Everyone was kind, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The work done was professional, clean and well done. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing services.

On October 16th and 17th we had tires put onto our vehicle at the Kamuela outlet. As usual we were greeted by Chauncy with so much Aloha and the greatest friendly smile. His knowledge of what kind of tires we needed was amazing. They didn't have the tires we needed in stock but Chauncy made sure our replacement tires were there the next day, which was brought over from Hilo by Mike. On the second day we had the pleasure of dealing and meeting Chuck who is by our understanding is the Manager of this store. All (3) gentleman were so friendly and courteous with so much Aloha as I was closing out my bill, much Kudos to all three of them for making our experience one to remember!!!!!
