They got me in the same day and got my truck lifted and perfectly aligned and running great!

Firstly, I appreciate getting internet notice of the impending safety check requirement for my vehicle. Then the scheduling for that appointment was an easy exercise. I also appreciated the internet and phone reminders I received for the scheduled appointment. I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment and was helped very efficiently by Chauncey (?) who maintained his efficiency and friendly service throughout the process and even though the place was very busy the service was completed in a timely and professional manner.

As always, Lex Brodie's was very accommodating. They checked our truck with very little notice from us. They were also very cost conscious which we appreciated.

Staff is always helpful and kind. The property is well maintained. Jan is always so friendly, and Mike is a great manager. Very happy to have this company in Waimea.

Lex Brodie is a busy place, yet the staff treat their customers with courtesy and patience. The young men who checked me in and out took time to explain the service and charges to me and the service was finished in the time promised. My AC is working and I am happy!
