Very friendly staff. All notes of car issue(s)/diagnosis are clearly documented in estimate and receipt. Oil change report sent via text, which I love. My car is always finished by quoted timeframe for oil changes; for more complex issues their time estimates are less accurate.

We needed a safety inspection to register our car. They got us scheduled right away and the inspection was fast.

Jan and Clint have been great to work with! The work done by the team at Lex Brodie’s in Waimea has been fast and done right the first time. So far, they have helped us with getting our Hawaii vehicle inspection completed, removed screws and nails from tires, did a wheel alignment, numerous oil changes, brake pad replacement, and removed the Toyota X-RAES suspension system on our 4-Runner (and replaced with Bilstein shocks and struts).
