I cannot even give Lex Brodie’s one star I was told at the estimate that I signed that my tire was covered by the lifetime protection warranty I had purchased with the tire. AFTER the tire was mounted they charged me full price apparently because the tire was not covered by warranty. I also had to take a round trip Uber to my dentist because the wait was extremely long for the car service to be finished. The wait was also very bad at the Waimea Lex Brodie’s. Go someplace else for tire service.
Hello Mayie.... Thank you for your feedback. I spoke to Jan who helped you in our Waimea Store. The tire that was compromised wasn't purchased from our store. It either came with the vehicle or was purchased elsewhere. We can't warranty other dealership tires. You needed a new tire to get you back home and that is why you paid full price.
