2 hours for safety inspection and lost my keys.

Hey Joe.... From my understanding in speaking with our Pahoa TEAM, the long wait was due to the improper documents that you gave to our Safety Inspector. We had to wait for the updated documents. Also, no keys were lost. The keys were with the Technician who did the Safety and to be COVID safe- he was washing his hands when you were being invoiced. Sorry for the slight wait. Aloha.... The entire team at Lex Brodie was great, especially Burtis who was exceptionally personable. They texted me and called to keep me apprised of the progress of my brake estimate.
