The Representatives were great and even discouraged me from getting a service done to save money, as it wasn't yet warranted with my mileage at this time. I'll return to get that service done soon. Great service

They told me I needed a complete front brake overhaul. I got a second opinion, glad I did because the second opinion cost me $800 LESS than Lex Brodie's quoted. They also did the same to a friend. Single women go elsewhere!

Aloha Laura... We are sorry you feel this way. I saw the digital vehicle inspection and your vehicle had ZERO pad life, the plates had already cut grooves into your rotors and overheated your calipers. Lex Brodie's Tire will do the right thing by replacing all worn brake components that show excessive wear and make sure that your brake fluid is also replaced. Also, our brake repairs are backed by a 12 month, 12,000 miles warranty for parts and labor. The main thing is you had your brakes replaced and are now safe on the road. I was dismayed at the service. My friend took her car in on Thursday, spent $1600 for various repairs and diagnostics and it didn't even make it two miles down the road before it broke down again and we had to call a tow to bring it back! Then they kept it over the weekend and through Monday and said she'd have it back today, Tuesday. THEY STILL HAVEN'T EVEN LOOKED AT IT YET! They are also aware she is a single mother of a 14 month old, is alone and needs her car. I hope they give her a serious discount for her troubles, because I watched them NOT EVEN TEST DRIVE the car besides from the bay to the parking stall. Maybe a proper test drive before returning it to someone with an infant would have been professional. I can't say they've even been the least bit professional. ****EDIT**** Thank you Lex Brodie's for doing the right thing and trying to make up for your mistake and taking your time the second time around to make sure everything was running accordingly and installing a new fuel pump free of labor charges. And taking off the hidden charge she never asked for or approved to be done. I'm glad to hear you'd reimburse her for the tow too, if she had to pay, luckily it was free for all.

We do apologize for her vehicle stalling after services were rendered at our Pahoa facility and as discussed, Lex Brodie's will reimburse her for the Tow Truck. We know how frustrating this can be especially with a young child. Burtis has been working on getting her Jeep running properly and trying to keep in communication with Jennifer. 2 hours for safety inspection and lost my keys.

Hey Joe.... From my understanding in speaking with our Pahoa TEAM, the long wait was due to the improper documents that you gave to our Safety Inspector. We had to wait for the updated documents. Also, no keys were lost. The keys were with the Technician who did the Safety and to be COVID safe- he was washing his hands when you were being invoiced. Sorry for the slight wait. Aloha....
