All the while, they paid attention to a panicky driver and ensured that I was well informed about all aspects of the situation and, in the end, calm and satisfied.

again hidden costs that are not ok for us on fixed income. had 4 new tires and alignment and drove down hwy only to find my car was pulling to the right which it was fine before i got simply got tires and an alignment.i had an appointment at 9 am . they said 2 hours max... turned into 3! i would have made different plans... this place in pahoa is the worst service ever... with smiles...super uncool and unprofessional. not worth the frustration. now i have to go back and deal with this idiocy again?
