Pahoa Lex Brodie has the best customer service and crew I have experienced on the East side of the Big Island. Today the crew working helped me out so much and took care of all my car needs. They do what they can to help you out and make your all around experience better with them. Isaac and Bernard helped me with the service today. Not to mention the rest of the amazing crew and I could not be happier. Post inquiry online...got no answer. Go there to get a quote...too busy to attend to me. Asked for a tire to be mounted and was told too busy to mount a tire but it could be done for $33.00. I went to Sears and got it done same day and for $13.00.

Mike at the Pahoa Lex Brodie's was on it! My appointment was easy to make, and my service was excellent. My wait time was short and I was able to get my shopping in at Malama at the same time! Friendly staff. Recommend this location for safety checks. Was this review ?

So once again I walked out of Lex Brodies with a smile. This time, I went to Hilo, normally I go to Lex's in Pahoa. No one likes having go to the mechanic, but every time I have to take in my Jeep (I always mess it up lol) or Durango in, they do the job well and at a fair price. Thank you guys

You can trust us to do the job right and if for some reason there is a problem in the near future, you can bring it back for LEX to look at it again for free. Not too Happy with this place. Apointment was at 1pm. Car was here st 12:30 , early. Price for 4 tires was $125.00 more than what i was told total price would be on phone. 2PM and no one has statred working on my car yet. When i asked why girl says "it takes 1.5 hrs to install balance tires" I say thats fine but I've been here 1.5 hrs already and no work has been started. So expect 4 hours to get new tires installed. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.... FRUSTRATED
