My appointment for service was 8:00 a.m. I was met by a service agent. I was asked to wait a few minutes. My car was inspected. I was on my way home at 8:20 a.m. BRAVO!

I can't say enough good things about the Kona Lex Brodie's Service. I bought a used Toyota Corolla a few months ago, and I expected I had some issues needing to be fixed. I've had to go in 3-4 times over a couple months because the check engine light and other error codes kept flashing. My husband fix one issue on our own, and the guys at Lex Brodies were sensitive about testing the parts they thought might be a problem one by one to make sure they were working. Also because I had to come back, they didn't charge for a further diagnostic. I was expecting my repair would take a week or longer since parts were needing to be ordered, but somehow they managed to fix it in one day. I was very happy I got to return my rental car and get a refund. Especially as a woman who has had some bad experiences of being taken advantage of at other car repair establishments, I really appreciate how honest and hardworking the staff is. They take detailed notes in the service summary to describe what is wrong and exactly how they handled it, they don't do unnecessary work and protect the parts you may have already replaced, and they really care about the customers. Great service from my first contact by phone inquiries with Lexy Brody Rep. Logan, his email follow-up to provide pricing, then calls to get stock from other stores, to completing the purchase of four new trailer tires!! Friendly helpful staff they helped me get every discount possible to maximize my savings and they were extremely knowledgeable and thorough in their work I'm very satisfied with my experience since the actual tire size I needed was nowhere on island lex brodie found me a good replacement size and I'm happy happy
