I've always appreciated your customer service. I had an issue with my Lexus and you offered to try and fix it, but unfortunately you could not. You didn't charge me for the time you reviewed my issue, so I appreciate that.

Couldn't have a friendlier, more conscientious, helpful team. I called before they opened and intended to call again at 8 am, but they called me back first.
