All I can say is Mahalo to the crew customer service was awesome they helped figure out what was causing the loss of pressure in my tire Mahalo for helping me out

I was stalled with a battery problem in the middle of Kuakaini in Kona on my way to Daleco to have a new battery installed in my 2018 Nissan frontier. I had just called AAA for the another jump start when a nice guy stopped and asked if I needed help. Turns out his name is Mike and he works at Lex Brodie's. He ran back to his shop and brought back a quick charge got me going and followed me the half mile to his shop, it quit again a block away, Mike came back and attached his quick start to my battery and left it hooked up and rode with me. We arrived there and he said he'd put in a new battery and get me going again. Being a disabled older guy I so appreciated his help and Aloha spirit. He installed a new battery and had me back on the road in twenty minutes. I had already waited two hours for AAA for the first jump, Mike went above and beyond to help an old man out. I use Lex Brodie's for their oil and lube service for all three of my vehicle's all the time, when their warranties expire I'll be taking my cars back to Mike.

The staff are polite and courteous on the phone and in person. They were very attentive to my needs. They answered all of my concerns about my car. They welcomed me with a bright and cheery attitude. Iva was excellent! The person that answered my call to make an appointment spoke clearly and helped me graciously. Thank you for a having a professional staff with lots of Aloha !!
