I received prompt responses to requests for appointments that provided appointments the same or the next day. Each time I encountered a smooth check in procedure, up front estimates of time and cost that proved accurate. Very professional and efficient. I signed up for customer membership for future maintenance on both my vehicles.

My schedule forced me to drop off my car 36+ hours before my appointment. Lex's received it with a smile and said they would work on it as soon as possible. Didn't expect it to be looked at before my booked time, but the had it done within 24 hours. THANK YOU!

The customer service representative had to arrange for a tire to come from the Kamuela store. Helped to follow up to make sure the tire was shipped to Hilo. Service was fast in getting the tire and then to mount the tire.

Had a nail stuck in my tire and losing pressure fast. Called lex Brodie’s 45 minutes before they closed and they were willing to take me in to repair the tire. Great service and excellent technicians. Always get my tires changed and serviced there

Upon arriving, my car had one damaged tire. Malia explained the benefits and risks between replacing just a single tire versus replacing two tires. Since my car is relatively new, apparently it's okay to replace just one tire and rely on the suspension to accommodate the situation. But for utmost safety, replacing two tires would still be best. So, Malia explained the tradeoffs and factored in my possible budget worries. Since I can afford it now, I chose to replace two tires. Finally, the shop did not automatically insist on wheel alignment since alignment check indicated no need for such service.
