Although it was a long day waiting for parts from Pahoa, we were patient and appreciate the maintenance work done well. The few minutes sitting in my car with the mechanic to clear the final problem, was nice as he explained what he was doing. I got a better understanding how difficult some of the work can be. Customers like me readily expect the mechanic knows how to do his work easily, however, it's not so. Additional problems do pop up that can be questionable and he was very patient in solving it. I appreciate the mechanic who worked on my car. I'm thankful. Mahalo . Mahalo, also, to your fine front office girl. She kept us well informed and apprised what was going on regarding the delay of parts needed. She's patient.
