First time going to Lex Brodie's. Great service. Had a sudden flat yesterday, and they were able to get me either right in, or schedule the next day. I took the latter since I had a spare on. Despite the current condition of my car (driver door doesn't currently open), they were willing to still work around it. They even got me a small discount on the tires I bought! Yay! :D For sure going back later. ^^

Lewis who assisted me was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. He explained to me what was done on my car what it would cost to fix it. Will have my car fixed by professionals, when parts arrive. I always had a great experience with them and I trust their workmanship.

The experience is revolutionary. No appointment, just drive up, they take your vehicle, you make a keurig coffee, and before you finish it, the vehicle is done and you're on your way. Inspections are $26 and change now, that's disappointing. I have a 12 year old pick up truck with no tint and I get stuck with the tint charge, but that's not on Lex Brodie.

Tiana, Nelmar, and Eli have been incredible. I mention them because I have worked directly with them, however, the entire staff has done terrific work. I cannot say enough, they go the extra mile, keep you informed, take care of their customers. I always turn to this team first!!
