Although it was a long day waiting for parts from Pahoa, we were patient and appreciate the maintenance work done well. The few minutes sitting in my car with the mechanic to clear the final problem, was nice as he explained what he was doing. I got a better understanding how difficult some of the work can be. Customers like me readily expect the mechanic knows how to do his work easily, however, it's not so. Additional problems do pop up that can be questionable and he was very patient in solving it. I appreciate the mechanic who worked on my car. I'm thankful. Mahalo . Mahalo, also, to your fine front office girl. Went in to have my brakes, air conditioner and blinkers checked. I was told no problem with brakes, but the rear air conditioner blower is intermittent and will need replaced by a custom shop. The blinkers may have an electrical problem somewhere from the rear to front and would take a lot of time. This was on a Sunday. I was referred to the other shop for the blower. No charges since brakes and air conditioner on their warranty. Blinkers were free diagnosis. Very polite guys and kept me up to date during the inspection.

Very helpful staff. Prices were comparable to other service centers, but the tire warranties were better. The staff recognized my desire to have the car safe without spending too much money and gave helpful suggestions to save me money.

After discovering one of tires went flat while gassing up, I refilled it and went straight to Lex Brodie's. Waited about an hour. They checked it out and determined that it wasn't safe to drive on. They replaced it and I paid about $20 for the disposal fee on the old tire! Glad I got my "Tiger Paws" at Lex Brodie's. "Thank You Very Much!"
