Thank you George for your feedback and your business. When we recommend additional work, its because the item or repair we are doing may or may not correct your stated issue. Rather than come in a second time, the technicians try to save the customer time and frustrations. Repairing or replacing a worn part will make the other older parts work harder and potentially cause a failure in the system. Since this has happened numerous times in the past with other customers, we try to cover all bases before a client leaves our business. They have an option to decline the work, but Lex Brodie's Tire has it down on record as a recommendation in case any other compontent fails after the repair. I hope this makes sense.
