I had a nail in my left front tire which caused me to visit Lex Brodie's Hilo location for the first time. They were friendly, efficient and professional. The reception area, shop, waiting area, and even restroom were spotless. They repaired the tire for a minimal fee, did not try to sell me anything else and answered all of my questions. As a result, Lex Brodie's Hilo location will be where I go for any needed maintenance, repairs or new tire purchases. Mahalo!

I called and spoke to Manager Daniel Perreira. I told him the problem my car was having and he told me to bring it in right away, which I did. Once there, Tiana helped me, got my car checked in and called me to update me and let me know when it was done. All of this was done without an appointment. Amazing! Thank you Daniel, Tiana and tech Alvin and to the whole crew!
