They explain everything. Luv that you can see when they are working on your car. Waiting room is very comfortable and they have a actual nice play room for kids where kids can actually move around in. The staff seems very friendly . Added bonus is the report on your car that they text and email to you. I can easily hust send that to my hubby instead of my hubby asking me a 100 questions i cant answer well.
