Easy to make an appointment online. They took my car in shortly after the appointment.

We stopped in at the Hilo store yesterday for a wheel alignment. Mr Talbert was our salesperson. He got our truck in right away . Well staff service and got my car service done on time.

Great customer service. Very thorough on explanation. Great advice. Just was behind on schedule. I originally had confirmation by requesting 9am appointment. When i called back the next day to confirm the size of the tires i was getting because they left me a voicemail my scheduled appointment was set for 10am. When I showed up Saturday morning they were behind because they took walk ins which pushed everyone else back. When I arrived at 9:45am they were still behind on 9am appointments. Other than being behind schedule for an hour the service was great. Mahalo.
