Great salesperson Josiah at Hilo as usual. Knows the products and continues to show enthusiasm and quality care every time I am blessed to have him service my needs. Frank happened to be there on my appointment day while Joe had the day off. I am grateful to have received great service from him as well. Went out of his way to fill in the important blanks in my rebate coupon. One more person I dont want to leave out - Tiana! The store is lucky to have someone as hard working and courteous, especially during busy periods.
