Clinton Provides the WORST costumer service ever. It's like he makes stuff up just so he doesn't have to help you. Everyone else is nice.

I love how the guys are very professional and talk to me like a normal person. In other words they don't talk "down" to me just because I'm a woman. I also love that they always offer me water, it's so hot and it's wonderful to have that extra touch!

You guys are great. Much better than Firestone. Much more friendly, professional, and fast! I'll be recommending your services to all of my friends, and I will certainly be back!

Been to the Hilo location for the first time. I felt that they were honest and the staffs working here are friendly and welcoming. Had a oil change here and was done within a hour. There is a small but cozy waiting area where you can drink coffee and watch tv. Will definitely come back again!

Enjoyable, informative and professional experience. I learned more about the car than have from previous service experiences. Fast and very thorough! Having grown up around auto race tracks they reminded me of a competent, professional pit crew.

I needed a new set of tires and between Costco, Firestone and Lex Brodies I was treated the best here at Lex Brodies and I got a great deal. Karly was the associate that assisted me. She recommended a great tire that provides the traction I need for my Mustang as well as ride comfort. She was knowledgeable, curtious and very professional.
