Two days ago, the turn signals on our Corolla stopped working. They were still not working when I drove to Lex Brodie's this morning. But somehow, the great folks there solved whatever glitch had caused it as they worked perfectly for them. They didn't charge me for their service! I'm very grateful for the quick, kind help I get there.

Went into LB today to get an oil change--- Nice tech said my tires on my daughters car were worn. Went next door and talked with Matt about options. He was straight forward and gave me the choice of 2 or 4 tires without a Big Sell either way. I chose 2 tires for the back-- He told me an hour and a half. I asked for a ride to take care of an errand and 5 minutes later Ala, another associate, gave me a 5 minute ride across town to take care of some business I needed to attend to. Ala was super friendly and we shared a laugh. I called an hour later and Ala came and got me. Again, a few laughs. Ala rang up my bill and within that hour and a half I had 2 new tires for my daughter's car--- it was simple, easy and super convienient being given a ride in town. Great Service--- Will come back. Recently moved back to Hilo after living in Kona for 16 years and had to find somewhere to service my car. I'm very satisfied with the service I received. Waited approximately 1 hour for my car to get done. They did specify wait time would be approximately an hour and a half. I waited in the very cool airconditioned waiting room. I will be bring my car back when it's time for service again. Thank you.

Thanks for great service! I did not have an appointment, but brought my car in because of a bolt stuck in a tire. The tire was fixed in less than an hour. I appreciate their prompt and friendly service! Also, there was no charge because I purchased the tire from them years earlier.

Absolutely ridiculous prices I thought 450 was way too high but it needed to be fixed, think they effed me over a bit.
