I had a problem with one of my tires getting slashed. I took the tire and rim in and the agent (Aka) pulled my record up and got me set up with a new tire without question. The replacement cost was determined by the amount of thread remaining on the tire which was half the thread. I am impressed.

excellent service. Called first to see how busy they were and the associate answering the phone was very knowledgeable and listened well. He started the work order over the phone to save me time.
