I brought my car in for what I thought might be semi-major suspension work. The crew at Lex Brodie's figured-out the issue, made an adjustment and an annoying suspension noise/issue went away. I also got my oil & filter changed and came away with a total bill for about $43. Great, honest service, professional place. I had my brakes done from them on the past too and they did a great job. They even fixed a tire puncture I had once for free and I didn't even buy my tires from them. If you need your car serviced drop by, you can trust them to do it right and not rip you off.

Been to the Hilo location for the first time. I felt that they were honest and the staffs working here are friendly and welcoming. Had a oil change here and was done within a hour. There is a small but cozy waiting area where you can drink coffee and watch tv. Will definitely come back again!

Took a tire with a nail in it. Didn't charge me because there was no puncture in the tire, the nail was just stuck on the surface. They pulled it out and made sure tire wasn't leaking. Original quote to fix was $28 and employee tells me, "we don't charge you for work we didn't do." Wow! For someone who wouldn't have known any different, I sincerely appreciate the honesty and wonderful customer service. It's so refreshing! Will return for ALL of my car service needs because I really trust these guys!
